Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping (and returns) from addresses within the United States via UPS.

2-day shipping and overnight shipping are available for an additional charge, calculated by your orders weight and where it is being shipped.

Orders for ground shipping ship out within a 2-3 business day window, and priority ships within a 1-2 business day window.  Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of receipt of purchase for orders placed through our site. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at hello@arlomott.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Ship returns to: 19 West 21st Street suite 905, New York, NY 10010.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges ship free within the U.S. To exchange an item, email us at hello@arlomott.com. If the item you want isn’t available, you can choose store credit or a refund instead.
